Certain products offered through HowULook may be fulfilled directly by approved third-party suppliers. HowULook remains the customer-facing retailer for purchases made through our store.

HowULook reserves the right to accept or decline an order when permitted by law. Your order is not accepted until acceptance is confirmed and payment has been successfully processed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because fulfillment may begin shortly after an order is placed, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once processing has begun.

If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information supplied with your order.

Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, available through the policies section of our store.

You represent that purchases are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

The price charged will be the price in effect when the order is placed, as shown in your order confirmation.

HowULook currently offers checkout and shipping within the United States.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Some products may be fulfilled from different approved supplier locations. As a result, an order containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments and at different times.

Shipping options, charges, and estimated transit times may vary by product, fulfillment location, destination, and available carrier service.

Certain products or fulfillment locations may offer free shipping when specific order thresholds are met. Such offers apply only to the qualifying products or shipment and may not apply to the entire order when products are fulfilled from different locations. Any applicable free-shipping option will be displayed at checkout.

Once products are transferred to the applicable carrier, delivery is subject to carrier handling and applicable law.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, holidays, address issues, governmental actions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information will be provided when available. Orders fulfilled in multiple shipments may receive separate tracking numbers.

Shopify’s name, logos, products, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify or their respective owners.

Third-party product names, brands, images, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed through our Services remain the property of their respective owners.

HowULook is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, sales and purchases made through our Store are made directly with HowULook.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and HowULook, including injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions with HowULook.
